Welcome to PlugMyTag. By purchasing or using our digital products, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Nature of Product
   PlugMyTag sells digital audio products, including custom voice tags and sound assets for music producers. All products are delivered digitally and do not include physical items.

2. Use of Product
   All purchases are for personal or commercial use in your own music productions unless otherwise specified. Redistribution, reselling, or re-uploading of any product is strictly prohibited.

3. Delivery
   Digital products are delivered instantly via email, download link, or dashboard access after payment is completed.

4. Refund Policy
   Because these are digital products that cannot be returned, refunds are only granted in cases of duplicate purchase or technical error. If you are not satisfied, please contact support and we will resolve your issue.

5. Privacy
   We respect your privacy. Any personal information is used only for order delivery, support, and platform security. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Payment Processing
   Payments are securely processed through Paddle. Paddle may appear as the Merchant of Record on your bank statement.

All PlugMyTag products are digital and delivered instantly. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final.

Refunds are only given in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment

• Accidental double order

• Technical issues preventing product access (we will fix or refund)
